World Café owner, Robert Krzak, has a love for travel and world-class cuisine.

Originally
from Koszalin, Poland, Robert moved to the United States in 2005 after working more than
12 years in the hospitality industry. As a teenager, Robert began speaking English while
working onboard cruise lines such as Disney, Celebrity; Cunard Line and Silversea. Among
the most memorable experiences was his opportunity to serve celebrities, heads of
state and royalty while onboard the Queen Elizabeth II (QE2).
Later in his career, Robert also held positions at Mandarin Oriental Hotels and Hilton Hotels where he managed Beverage Services for both properties in Miami, Florida. Since moving to Ohio, his food service management has been with Therapy Cafe as well as a popular Mexican-style restaurant chain. He has a passion for putting the health value back in food, contributing to a sustainable environment and maintaining quality in everything he serves. The creation of World Café marries Robert’s love for hospitality with his deeply seeded love of world travel saying, “…it’s truly my American dream.” |
